<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Estudio del paralelismo entre los accidentes de trabajo de una empresa eléctrica europea y la situación, en este mismo sector, en Ecuador. Se pretende estudiar el porcentaje de accidentes y su relación con factores humanos, económicos y tecnológicos en esta empresa europea, llegando a la conclusión que las medidas de prevención tecnológicas serían las más adecuadas para mejorar la seguridad en el Ecuador, aunque esto presupone una gran inversión económica. También se debe tener en cuenta el factor humano para mejorar las condiciones de trabajo del liniero de redes de distribución de baja tensión en dicho país</abstract>
