<abstract displayLabel="Summary">La ley 13-1982, de 7 de Abril, de Integración Social de los Minusválidos, fue objeto en su día de acerbas críticas. En el artículo se hace una reflexión sobre estas críticas, deteniéndose en algunos puntos concretos: el sistema especial de prestaciones económicas y sociales, educación especial, empleo, movilidad y barreras arquitectónicas, servicios sociales, tutela, otras previsiones de la ley que no han sido objeto objeto de normas de desarrollo</abstract>
