<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Un cas d'alvéolite allergique extrisèque chez un mécanicienne en fourrure est rapporté à une moisissure, Trichothecium roseum, retrouvée sur le lieu de travail. Le poumon du fourreur, maladie d'hypersensibilité due à l'inhalation de poussières de poils, a été décrit en 1970; l'antigène n'est pas encore déterminé. Les pneumopathies d'hypersensibilité d'origine professionelle rapportées aux moisissures chez les fourreurs ont été peu étudiées. Cette autre varieté d'alvéolite allergique extrinsèque doit être également recherchée en présence d'une maladie des fourreurs</abstract>
