Notes: Sumario: In this report the authors have focused on the effect of inorganic Sn on the porphyrin biosynthetic pathway. The effects of various metals on erythrocyte ALA dehydratase activity activity were examined and it was shown that Sn as well as as Pb had a strong inhibitory effect on ALA dehydratase activity.
