The Toxic Substances Control Act : what you must do to comply!
Sumario: By law a manufacturer, distributor, or processor of chemical substances or mixtures must supply certain data to the government. The Toxic Substances Control Act was signed into law on Oct. 11, 1976. It authorizes the Environmental Protection Agency to obtain production and test data from industry on selected chemical substances and mixtures, and to regulate the substances when needed
