<abstract displayLabel="Summary">The study of complex informaton processing and problem solving situations in practice is discussed, in particular the methods of analysing the cognitive aspects in train dispatcher's work. The research turned out to be helpful for the analysis to draw parallels between the cognitive processes in the behaviour of the train dispatchers and the way of working/thinking shown by test subjects in complex problem-solving experiments</abstract>
