<abstract displayLabel="Summary">The main objective of this study was to provide anthropometric data of females to be used in workplace and equipment design. Algeria is still an industrially developing country, and women are gradually moving from purely domestic activities and labouring into the general workplace. Also, many families from the poorer desert regions are moving into cities, and living in accommodation and working in offices and factories designed for a different population</abstract>
