Title: Breakthrough time and adsorption capacity of respirator cartridges / Young Hee Yoon, James H. NelsonAuthor: Yoon, Young Hee
Notes: Sumario: A model developed in previous studies was applied to investigate the respirator catridge contaminant breakthrough of 121 different chemical compounds. Included in this set of 121 contaminants are representative examples of various types of organics compounds. Intrinsic to the model are two important parameters k'(a rate constant) and t (50% breakthrough time). Values of breakthrough times and capacities derived from the theoretical considerations were compared with corresponding experimental valuesRelated records: En: American Industrial Hygiene Association journal. - Akron, Ohio. - Vol. 53, nº 5, May 1992 ; p. 303-316Materia / lugar / evento: Higiene industrial Contaminantes químicos Productos químicos Equipos respiratorios Métodos de evaluación Otros autores: Nelson, James H.
