<dc:description xml:lang="es">Sumario: This research addresses a method for monitoring a workplace that can provide accurate "topographic" maps of chemical concentrations throughout a room in "real time". This method couples the chemical detection techniques of optical remote sensing with the mapping capabilities of computed tomography. With remote sensing, a network of readings can be taken across a room quickly; computerized tomographic procedures use these data to reconstruct quickly the spatial distribution of pollutants throughout the room</dc:description>
