<abstract displayLabel="Summary">En phase de relève de poste, les communications verbales constituent un des moyens essentiels de coopération mis en oeuvre par les opérateurs en vu d'assurer la continuité de la production. La présente étude visait, au travers de l'analyse des échanges verbaux, à mieux connaître les fonctions de cette phase de travail. Une méthodologie permettant d'accompagner, étape par étape,l'évolution de ces échanges et de suivre les mécanismes cognitifs de co-élaboration de l'information et de partage des connaissances qui leur sont sous-jacents, a ainsi été proposée</abstract>
