<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Contestación oficial de la Sección Española al cuestionario presentado por la ponente general, Dª Zoulikha Nasri, de la Sección Marroquí, sobre el tema. El autor expone en primer lugar la prestación a que tiene derecho el "beneficiario", esto es el asegurado, en los llamados seguros de daños o de indemnización efectiva, para pasar a exponer, en segundo lugar, la prestación que recibirá el "beneficiario", esto es, el tercero perjudicado, en el seguro de responsabilidad civil, como subespecie de los seguros de daños, y, en último lugar, se refiere a los derechos del beneficiario en los llamaso seguros de personas o de sumas</abstract>
