<abstract>Este trabajo se centra en el análisis del reconocimeinto unilateral de valores, una de las técnicas que hacen posible la competencia entre plazas financieras situadas en distintos países, identificando, en primer lugar, sus beneficios para los inversores y los mercados organizados, así como los problemas que puedan derivarse de su implementación. Seguidamente, se estudia el encaje de la figura en la regulación española, perfilando los mecanismos más económicos que permitan darle acogida en ella, sin transgredir las normas sobre información a los inversores, ni sobre el consemtimiento del emisor para la admisión</abstract>
