<abstract>Les sols trop lisses ou mal entretenus sont à l'origine de nombreuses glissades et chutes de plain-pied dans tous les activités humaines. Dans le monde du travail, les activités agroalimentaires sont les premières concernées par ce risque. L'évaluation des risques oblige les chefs d'entreprise à le prendre en considération en respectant les préconisations des préventeurs. L'INRS et al CNAMTS mettent à leur disposition des outils méthodologiques pour leur permettre de s'y retrouver dans le maquis de l'offre</abstract>
