<abstract>Se ha anunciado la regulación normativa de los cursos de postgrado, esto supondrá una clarificación del sector y favorecerá el proceso de convergencia de las estructuras de enseñanaza superior de la Unión Europea. El problema surge con el uso que hará la ley de la denominación "master" para reformular los "segundos ciclos",  programas impartidos por las universidades públicas.</abstract>
