<abstract>Las empresas europeas han reducido sus presupuestos a la hora de contratar coberturas de responsabilidad civil. Las españolas se encuentran entre las que suscriben límites más bajos (35 millones de euros como media, frente a los 50 de Europa), acaso con la excepción del sector energético. Sorprende que el turismo y la hostelería, ejes de la economía de nuestro país, estén tan escasamente asegurados y sean sectores indefensos ante una amplia gama de riesgos. Mars ha lanzado la voz de alarma ante el aumento de las reclamaciones.
