<abstract>Globalement, les risk managers ont plus souvent changé de compagnie d'assurances que de courtiers. Ils ont procédé à des appels d'offres dits "conceptuels", c'est-à-dire obligeant les intermédiaires à remettre en concurrence les assureurs entre eux. Par exemple, France Télecom est passée des AGF à Axa, mais reste fidèle à son courtier Aon en dommages.Dans le même temps, les mises en concurrence de courtiers entre eux, moins nombreuses, ont conduit au déplacement d'une trentaine de programmes dommages, RC, transport ou automobile. C'est un année qui s'est surtout inscrite sous le signe de la résistance, quelle que soit la taille du courtier. Néanmoins, cette première photographie ne doit pas tromper.
