<dc:description xml:lang="es">The Congress will be deciding whether or not to extend the deadline for the Terrorism Risk Insurance Act (TRIA) beyond its 2005 sunset. TRIA has virtually no chance of being extended until sometime in 2005, meaning that between then and now, the fate of TRIA is uncertain.
