<abstract>El próximo 8 de octubre de 2005 se cumplen 25 años de la promulgación de la Ley de Contrato de Seguro 50-1980 de 8 de octubre, si bien la publicación en el Boletín Oficial del Estado no se produjo hasta el 17 de octubre y su entrada en vigor se dilató seis meses, que finalizaron el 18 de abril de 1981, momento cronológico que comenzó su plena operatividad</abstract>
