<abstract>La evolución demográfica reciente ha provocado importantes cambios cuantitativos y cualitativos en la demanda educativa no universitaria de primero, segundo y tercer ciclo. Las estimaciones de alumnado futuro plantean nuevas situaciones, que precisarán ajustes entre la oferta y la demandan que exigen la reflexión de responsables de la planificación educativa pública, el sector privado y la sociedad. Ante el declive del alumnado universitario, la competencia entre las universidades se intensifica, y será necesaria la identificación de nuevos nichos de demanda y mercado</abstract>
