<abstract>Este artículo presenta, en el marco de la política europea de cambio climático, una serie de análisis cuantitativos de las ventajas de establecer un mercado europeo de derechos de emisión de gases de efecto invernadero (GEI), frente al caso de mercados domésticos aislados. Asimismo, se exponen y discuten las principales características de la directiva que ha creado el mercado europeo de derechos de emisión de GEI</abstract>
