<abstract>El desarrollo en la gestión no sólo se aplica a los resultados económicos, tambien debe tenerse en cuenta el desarrollo de recursos humanos, gestión de medios materiales, valoración de activos de la empresa, etc. La incertidumbre sirve como instrumento cuantificador para este propósito, a raíz de la observación de movimientos de mercado, área de decisiones... convirtiendo la organización en un sistema abierto.</abstract>
