<abstract>Con más de 14 años de existencia, la Agencia Española de Protección de datos (AEPD) viene velando por el cumplimiento de la normativa sobre protecicón de datos, garantizando y tutelando este derecho fundamental. Las aseguradoras, según José Luis Piñar, director de la Agencia, conocen bien la legislación en esta materia. Para 2006 la AEPD seguirá trabajando para normalizar la cultura de la protección de datos</abstract>
