<abstract>Según se desprende del último informe de innovación de IBM Global (CEO STUDY 2006), la fuente más importante de ideas innovadoras en las empresas son los empleados. Este informe tiene como fuente única de su información las propias empresas a través de entrevistas a sus directores generales. Esto nos lleva directamente a poder afirmar que la posibilidad de innovación está presente en todas las empresas puesto que reside en los propios empleados</abstract>
