<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Le présent document fait donc le point à la date de mai 1989 sur le régime fiscal applicable dans la CEE en matière: 1) assurances de dommages et assurances de personnes en ce qui concerne: les taxes sur les contrats d'assurance et taxes annexes, la déductibilité des primes de l'assiette imposable et la taxation des prestations d'assurances (limitée à l'impôt sur le revenu des personnes physiques) - 2) prévoyance vieillesse, pour les trois "piliers", Sécurité Sociale, régimes professionnels, prévoyance privée, en ce qui concerne: les cotisations et les prestations applicables aux employeurs, aux salariés et aux professions libérales.</abstract>
