<abstract displayLabel="Summary">BUCK Consultants ha llevado acabo un estudio a nivel nacional en el año 1997 sobre seguros médicos y asistencia sanitaria, con el objeto de analizar el nivel de satisfacción de los asegurados del sistema de salud tanto público como privado, así como el mercado potencial de este tipo de seguros en España. Del análisis de la primera muestra se ha desarrollado el estudio sobre «Nivel de Satisfacción de los usuarios de Seguros Privados», y de la comparación de ambas muestras se ha realizado el estudio llamado «Mercado Potencial»</abstract>
