Forrester examined our Consumer Technographics® data to see if health plans need to start focusing more attention and investment on their Medicare sites to meet burgeoning demand from online seniors. To boost the value of Medicare sites, customer experience professionals at health plans should make decision-support processes more explicit, incorporate caregiver resources into Medicare sites, and use cross-channel strategies to reach out to newly diagnosed members</dc:description>
