<abstract displayLabel="Summary">La Ley de Economía Sostenible (LES) tiene un origen político y económico por todos conocido por lo que podemos prescindir aquí de más comentarios. Solamente me gustaría destacar que esta Ley contiene 114 artículos, 20 disposiciones adicionales, 9 disposiciones transitorias, 1 disposición derogatoria y 60 disposiciones finales, ocupando 202 paginas del Boletín Oficial del Estado. Este tipo de normas así configuradas son un verdadero "tsunami" legal a las que todos los que nos desenvolvemos en el mundo jurídico tenemos verdadero pánico pues introducen numerosos cambios y modificaciones que hay que examinar con gran detenimiento para no cometer errores</abstract>
