      <subfield code="a">The  survey instrument consisted of about 40 questions concerning insurers used, perceptions of insurers, overall satisfaction, important insurer evaluation factors and other related topics. Fifty-nine (59) insurers and fourteen (14) lines of business were examined. Interviews were conducted over the web using dynamic adaptive programming techniques. All interviews were completed in March 2011. The average interview length was 26.1 minutes. This survey included interviews by 364 risk managers and related  functions. The overall results of this study are accurate to within ±4% at a 90% level of confidence</subfield>
