<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Análisis pormenorizado de lo que representa el transporte internacional en nuestro país en el marco de la Unión Europea. Según se observa en las estadísticas, en los últimos años, tomando como referencia en el intervalo comprendido entre el año 2003 y 2008 al no disponer de ningún tipo de dato relativo a los dos ultimos años, el transporte internacional por carretera realizado por y desde los países de la Unión ha ido ganando peso en la mayor parte de los Estados miembro, salvo en contadas excepciones, en contra de lo que sucede con respecto al transporte interno, que en el caso de España ha venido sufriendo un serio retroceso</abstract>
