<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Se debe integrar la filosofía de la RSC en la propia gestión empresarial creando las condiciones para conseguir juegos de suma positiva donde ganen tanto los «stakeholders» como los «shareholders», es decir, lograr un modelo «win-win». Este concepto tiene una razón comercial, en el sentido de que, si por ejemplo se trata a los trabajadores con justicia, ofreciendo programas de formación y favoreciendo la seguridad en el trabajo, la empresa podrá atraer a los mejores profesionales, pues estos considerarán que han establecido una relación a largo plazo con la empresa. Lo mismo puede decirse de los proveedores o de la comunidad en general. Con todo, el fundamento último de la Responsabilidad Social Empresarial es de carácter ético
