<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Esta Nota Técnica de Prevención pretende resumir los principales aspectos de carga física, incidiendo en los factores que se consideran de más riesgo, desde un enfoque ergonómico, y sus consecuencias sobre la salud de las personas que realizan algunas tareas jardinería. Dada la amplitud de tareas que se llevan a acabo en el trabajo de jardinería, este documento se centra en las tareas de mantenimiento de zonas verdes, desde un enfoque ergonómico. 
En esta Nota Técnica de Prevención, se analizan los riesgos de algunas tareas concretas de trabajo y que son la poda, las plantaciones, la siega, el desbroce y la extracción manual de las malas hierbas</abstract>
