<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Como ha puesto de manifiesto el Observatorio Caser Pensiones en los últimos años, hay un porcentaje de españoles importante que considera que las empresas deberían desempeñar un papel muy activo en la jubilación de sus empleados. Para ser exactos, un 38% de los encuestados considera que el ahorro que las empresas podrían o deberían hacer para la jubilación privada de sus empleados debería ser obligatorio por ley y el 46% piensa que ha de ser voluntario pero incentivado</abstract>
