España ha conseguido crear en estos años un cluster de referencia mundial en el sector de la construcción e infraestructuras. En cualquier licitación internacional siempre hay empresas españolas. Por este pequeño istmo de apenas 80 kilómetros que separa el océano Atlántico del Pacífico transcurre hoy el 5% del comercio mundial y el Gobierno panameño espera que esa cifra se doble cuando el tercer juego de esclusas esté a pleno pulmón</abstract>
