<abstract displayLabel="Summary">La tributación ambiental en España ha sido desarrollada por las Comunidades Autónomas en relación, de forma destacada, con la contaminación de las aguas. Desde esta perspectiva, el objeto del presente trabajo se centrará en el análisis del actual panorama normativo regulador de la tributación medioambiental sobre vertidos a las aguas en España. Con esta finalidad, examinaremos, en primer término, aquellos aspectos que caracterizan la tributación autonómica sobre el medio ambiente, para centrarnos, a continuación, en los concretos tributos que recaen sobre los vertidos a las aguas </abstract>
