<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Si el ICI nos indica los niveles de crecimiento empresarial que pueden ser asumidos internamente por la empresa sin recurrir a la financiación externa, cuando es negativo nos indica que la empresa no tiene una capacidad interna propia para poder financiar el crecimiento empresarial. Ello implicará que cualquier crecimiento deberá realizarse mediante fondos ajenos que llevarán consigo una modificación de la estructura financiera de la empresa. </abstract>
