<abstract displayLabel="Summary">El diálogo social es una actividad que puede aprenderse. Ello se puso de manifiesto en el marco del programa de formación que la OIT implantó en Savar (Bangladesh), del 28 de noviembre al 7 de diciembre 2017, con objeto de fomentar la empatía entre empleadores y trabajadores. El proyecto, que incluyó actividades de formación, tuvo como objetivo principal fomentar el diálogo entre los interlocutores sociales y promover los derechos y las relaciones laborales en el sector de la confección a nivel nacional. </abstract>
