<abstract displayLabel="Summary">En un contexto de cambio de época, denominado como la cuarta revolución industrial, producida por la gran convergencia de tecnologías digitales, físicas y biológicas, el mundo que conocemos está cambiando a gran escala y velocidad. Se modifica sustancialmente la forma en que vivimos, trabajamos, nos relacionamos y hacemos negocio, en un entorno exponencial en el que ya no sirven los modelos lineales para tener éxito. Por ello, las maneras de entender las operaciones, el liderazgo, la gestión de personas se han quedado anticuadas. Estamos obligados a aprovechar las ventajas de la gran convergencia para entrenar y trabajar a fondo la transformación exponencial del talento, porque de ella dependerá el futuro de nuestras compañías</abstract>
