<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Los mediadores de seguros suelen ser uno de los eslabones más próximos entre una póliza y un cliente, por lo que deben tener en cuenta todo lo establecido en el Reglamento General Protección Datos (RGPD), aprobado en el Parlamento Europeo el 14 de abril del 2016, que se centra en la información de posibles ciberataques, la introducción de la figura de un delegado de protección de datos (DPO), las nuevas categorías de datos que se han creado y la necesidad de tener un plan de contingencia. </abstract>
