<abstract displayLabel="Summary">La transformación tecnológica es la clave que permitirá a INTERNATIONAL SOS ser más eficiente, estar más digitalizada y movilizada, y hacer más colaborativa la interacción con sus clientes y proveedores. Su plan estratégico -también enfocado en la ampliación de los canales de venta, en fortalecer su posición en reaseguro aceptado de asistencia en viaje y en ser un actor importante en el reaseguro de defensa jurídica-, tiene como objetivo crecer al menos un 5% este año, sin competir a base de bajadas de precios. Así lo explica su subdirector general, Jorge Núñez, quien ratifica un 2018 bastante bueno en primas e ingresos, en el que las dos compañías de INTERNATIONAL SOS han crecido (un 4,5% SOS SEGUROS Y REASEGUROS y un 18% SOS Assistance España). Además, avanza una estrategia en productos basada en la incorporación de coberturas adaptadas a nuevas necesidades y un refuerzo de la oferta de servicios de salud y bienestar, de asistencia domiciliaria y de servicios jurídicos, entre otros, ampliando para este último caso su red de despachos colaboradores, propios y externos</abstract>
