<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Las sociedades longevas y saludables del Siglo XXI van a requerir un cuerpo jurídico específico. Para ello, será necesario radiografiar cuestiones relacionadas con el bienestar y la asistencia en el proceso de envejecimiento con la garantía de que se salvaguardan los derechos fundamentales de las personas mayores. Entre otros, se deberá cuantificar el bienestar del individuo en la fase de jubilación, o analizar la cuantía mínima vital equivalente a una pensión que garantice la dignidad de nuestros mayores. De forma paralela, la Abogacía tendrá que responder a los desafíos que supone para el derecho el desarrollo de modelos predictivos de salud a través de apps y wearables, la e-Salud o la sanidad digital, así como su repercusión no sólo en los ciudadanos sino también sobre otros sectores como es el caso de la industria del seguro </abstract>
