<note>Seize mois après avoir été promulguée, la loi pour la liberté de choisir son avenir professionnel entre progressivement en application dans l'assurance. Alors que la mise en place de l'opérateur de compétences Atlas est presque achevée, d'autres dispositifs inscrits dans la réforme - tels que le compte personnel de formation (CPF) revísité ou le plan de développernent des compétences - en sont encore au stade de la structuration. Un nouvel accord de branche relatif a la formation professionnelle devrait aussi voir le jour au cours du premier trimestre 2020.</note>
