<abstract displayLabel="Abstract">En los últimos días se han ido aprobando diferentes medidas para hacer frente a la excepcional situación que ha provocado el COVID-19 en nuestro país, entre otros, el Real Decreto 436/2020, de 14 de marzo, por el que se declara el estado de alarma para la gestión de la situación de crisis sanitaria ocasionada por el COVID-19 (RD 463/2020). Nos encontramos ante una situación compleja y rápidamente cambiante, por lo que con el fin de aportar a nuestros clientes, información clara y útil sobre cuestiones de actualidad que creemos podrían afectarles hemos elaborado este ebulletin sobre los posibles impactos, -no exhaustivos,- en diferentes áreas de incidencia en el campo empresarial, bajo derecho español.</abstract>
