<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Hoy en día puede ser habitual que se tenga la necesidad de requerir los servicios laborales para la realización de determinadas tareas domésticas en nuestros domicilios (cuidado de niños, de personas mayores,), por lo que parece importante resaltar que, como en cualquier otro trabajo, los empleados domésticos pueden sufrir accidentes al desarrollar sus tareas, con las consiguientes consecuencias para sus empleadores, que no actúan como empresarios al no tratarse de actividades que generen un lucro.</abstract>
