<abstract displayLabel="Summary">La Ley 26/2007 de Responsabilidad Medioambiental (RMA) estableció el principio de que el que contamina paga y con ello un nuevo régimen jurídico administrativo para la protección del medioambiente: en el año 2007 nació una RAMA (Responsabilidad Administrativa Medioambiental), distinta de la Responsabilidad Civil por contaminación clásica y de otras RAMAs ya existentes reguladas sectorialmente. Y es una responsabilidad ilimitada.</abstract>
