<abstract displayLabel="Summary">El domingo 15 de noviembre entró en vigor la Ley 7/2020, de 13 de noviembre, para la transformación digital del sistema financiero, que introduce el conocido como "sandbox", un entorno que persigue crear una atmósfera segura para probar innovaciones tecnológicas en el ámbito financiero antes de su comercialización mediante el que dar lugar a nuevos modelos de negocio, aplicaciones, procesos o productos. La nueva normativa impacta de lleno en el fenómeno que pretende revolucionar el sector asegurador introduciendo las novedades de la industria digital en el actual modelo de negocio: insurtech.</abstract>
