El escenario de inseguridad jurídica se agrava con motivo de la saturación de trabajo pendiente de los órganos jurisdiccionales, a lo que ahora habrá que unir infinidad de reclamaciones de responsabilidad que den lugar a la revisión de las actuaciones de las autoridades, el Sector Público y las empresas ante un fenómeno que estará en constante evolución hasta que pueda superarse la crisis que padecemos</abstract>
