<note>Teníamos pendiente esta entrevista desde hace tiempo. Las circunstancias la han llevado a un momento complicado, donde hay mucho que contar. Con su sonrisa permanente, José María Martín no regatea ni un minuto, ni rehúye ninguna pregunta. Le está tocando liderar el cambio de una Preventiva muy implicada con el servicio y los asegurados en estos duros meses de Covid-19, ayudada por tres valores fundamentales, según reconoce, agilidad, tamaño y su cercanía. Y lo explica: Agilidad para la toma de decisiones; tamaño suficiente para ser muy rápidos y a la vez grandes para abordar proyectos globales que necesitan capacidad; y la independencia que representa ser la única compañía tradicional y potente de Decesos que no tiene intereses funerarios y que trata a la industria funeraria como su socio y su proveedor.</note>
