<abstract displayLabel="Summary">El carsharing y el motosharing se presentan como una de las posibles soluciones en cuanto a la movilidad y la calidad del aire en las grandes ciudades, siendo los usuarios cada vez más conscientes de ello. En el presente trabajo se han analizado seis empresas que actualmente operan en España, realizando una comparación entre ellas. Posteriormente, se han detectado una serie de necesidades, tanto para los usuarios como para las empresas prestadoras del servicio, y finalmente, se han propuesto las soluciones que una póliza de Defensa Jurídica puede ofrecer.</abstract>
