<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Bajo las nuevas normas introducidas por la UE el pasado 10 de marzo para prevenir el "greenwashing", que se engloba dentro de una regulación más amplia sobre las finanzas verdes, los productos de inversión se dividen en dos categorías: sostenibles y no sostenibles. Cualquier gestora de activos que quiera promover su fondo como un producto sostenible se someterá a severos requisitos de divulgación. Las nuevas normas podrían tener consecuencias trascendentales para las gestoras de activos no sólo de Europa, sino de todo el mundo, cuando las firmas de inversión se vean obligadas a demostrar que se toman en serio la sostenibilidad. . También influirán en las decisiones de las compañías cotizadas, que sufrirán presiones para poner más atención a los criterios sostenibles ESG si no quieren correr el riesgo de perder capital de los inversores</abstract>
