<abstract displayLabel="Summary">La avería gruesa ha ocupado titulares recientemente tras la varada del EVER GIVEN en el Canal de Suez, poniendo de manifiesto la importancia del seguro marítimo. Todo aquél que transporte mercancías por mar puede verse expuesto a una reclamación por avería gruesa y, si cuenta con un seguro, debe notificarlo lo antes posible. Una gestión eficaz del siniestro por la Compañía suele redundar en una reducción del importe de la contribución y con ello un menor impacto en la siniestralidad</abstract>
